Then Mark Young the manager, does a detailed inspection and will give you all the options for you decide what you want to do. Mark, and Windemere are 100% honest and very trustworthy. I recommend everyone who needs to get your vehicle service done correctly, call them for an appointment today. They are so reliable that even Chevrolet told me to go see them. First time customer. Arrived at 9 am and was told it would take 2 hours and if I did not want to wait they provide courtesy transportation under 9 miles. I agreed. I was hoping for a call at 11 am on the status of why the engine light was on. Was told they are still doing diagnostic and will call me back with an estimate. I called back 45 minutes later and stated the diagnostic is still not done and can be up to a few days. I found this hard to believe as I have had my car for 10 years and have had it serviced many times. She let me know that they recommended my cooling system be treated and they were offering a special and see that my brakes will be needing to be changed soon. Okay, good to know but I need to know what the light was indicating and they did not say. I asked will My car be ready today and they were not sure. I stated I will pick up my car and to please just refill the fluids. She “Jeannette the manager started offering me discounts and my car will be ready at 5:30. I arrive and the front desk girl is displaying unprofessional behavior, talking loud, ignoring me and flirting with her coworker. I felt I was intruding. I have used Windomere on numerous occasions and their work has always been done extremely well. I find the pricing to be very reasonable as the market goes. They do not push any unnecessary work on you like many other repair shops, particularly dealers. They do need more parking as there parking lot is always congested.

Great service from Felicia. Good work by James. Took good care of my '08 R350. A bit expensive, but no doubt better than dealerno. I had to go back as "check engine " light came on two days after service. Went in on a busy Thursday afternoon. Jenneth got a technician to look at it in half an hour. Mark, a manager/ senior technician/ co-owner diagnosed the problem. A cracked old vacuum hose of some kind. He showed it to me and then "made" me a new one! FANTASTIC service experience, great communication and customer empathy. It's an '08, he knew that I was in a bind and proved that honest, knowledgeable professionals still exist!! Highly recommend.

Think I got ripped off. $1500 dollars and 100 miles down the road radiator failed, wouldn't reply to emails asking if there was a warranty. Called and was hung up on multiple times. Bad new radiator or they Jerry rigged my old one..... USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHECK OTHER ONE AND TWO STAR REVIEWS. THEY HAVE LOTS IT TOOK YOU 3 MONTHS TO RESPOND? I was hung up on and no emails replied to. Not a salacious review and getting stranded on the highway was not fun and very dangerous. Say what you want but you either Jerry rigged it or it was a bad radiator you put in. What about all your other 1 star reviews? Those salacious as well? The ones saying your criminal? REALLY....
